Rooms, which have been reserved from a certain date and not occupied shall be charged for, unless prior notice of cancellation is given as below.

More than 7 days’ notice – no cancellation charge
Seven days prior to date of booking – 10% of room charge
Less than seven days and before 48 hours - 25% of total of room charges
Less than 24 hours’ notice - 50% of total of room charges

This policy will apply throughout the year.

Cancellation charges as above will be debited to the members account on the day of cancellation.

Affiliated members should pay the cancellation charges by NEFT to Lotus Club Bank Account. Parent club of affiliated member is responsible for non-payment of cancellation charges by their members
